In the Age of Organic Ascension, we are all encouraged to live from and through our hearts. This is how a 5th Dimensional being functions in a space of Love and Light.
As we transition into the 5th Dimension, we go up and back between 3-D (lower vibrational living) and 5-D (higher vibrational living) until we learn how to stay grounded in Divine Love.
In this process, we discovered how to heal our hearts and how to live from our hearts.
What keeps YOU from Living in Your Heart?
A few years ago, I sent an email to my online community asking this very question and challenging people to reply with 3 things that keep them from living in their Heart.
Some people responded with a list of short phrases, while others wrote pages about themselves. I feel it’s time to review this subject again because we are being so fully challenged at this time.
It’s also important because 5D is readily available, and as we each shift into Heart Centered Living, the group consciousness of humanity gets closer and closer to being in 5D.
The Heart Center is the doorway to spiritual growth and empowerment. It is the place of alchemy – of transformation from limiting thought patterns to expansive thought patterns and from fear-based decision-making into love-based decision-making.
So get out your journal, if you have one, and make some notes. You might be surprised to discover what your answers reveal. Here’s the place to start:
What are the top 3 challenges for me
in staying connected to and centered in my Heart?
Once you have your list, ask yourself,
What steps can I take to bring myself back into my heart
once I recognize that I’m in my head?
Some other useful questions might be,
1- How can I help myself when I discover that fear is pushing me to make a choice that doesn’t fully resonate for me?
2- What is the best way for me to shift myself out of anxiety and into a peaceful, heart-centered feeling?
3- When I discover that I’ve made a decision I wish I hadn’t made, how can I treat myself with LOVE and KINDNESS?
4- What steps can I take to clear out old angers and resentments, to thus purify my heart center?
There are many more questions to consider, but these will get you started.
And then, you can also consider making a commitment to yourself to live fully from your heart, and see what thoughts and feelings that commitment brings to your attention.
Namaste,
Nedda
In my own healing practice, I’ve found that the issue that keeps me out of my heart the most is fear of coming into my own full Divine Power. Perhaps a better way to phrase that would be that while I know that my power is really there all of the time, I hold on to the illusion that I am sometimes not as proficient at accessing the knowledge I need when I’m caught up in the chaos of a core issue. I flounder around, feeling helpless, so that I won’t really have to face the issue before me.
Dear Nancy,
Fear of my own Divine Power is something that I, too, have experienced. For me, it has been a matter of acknowledging that I must remain fully ethical and keep an awareness focused on my ego – the smaller self that wants to take over and make judgments and act out of fear.
I have learned just this last year to trust myself in a new way. I did this by working more with my True Self, my I Am Presence, asking for daily guidance and following through with the messages I received on what action to take next. It is easier to ask for 1 action to take and then follow through than it is to try to take on any situation all at once. Just one step at a time is much more manageable, don’t you think? It surely is for me.
So my suggestion to you would be to start having conversations with your True Self. Ask for wisdom. Ask for guidance. Ask for the next step. Once you get a dialogue going on a regular basis, it will be easier for you to ask when you get into the type of situation you described in your comment.
Namaste,
Nedda
