Business Policies

SESSION PAYMENTS, SCHEDULING, and CANCELLATIONS.

PAYMENTS:  Clients are expected to pay for sessions before scheduling.

Just above each payment button for a session is a link for the appropriate New Client Intake Form.  When you submit the completed form, you will be taken back to the button to make your payment.

Pay with Paypal or a debit or credit card.

SCHEDULING:  For faster scheduling, call 1-860-651-5771 to schedule.  You may also schedule by email.

Regular hours for session are:

Monday through Friday
10 or 11 a.m.; 2 or 3 or 7 p.m. Eastern Time.

Sessions are available by phone, Zoom, or Skype.

CANCELLATIONS:  Please call or email 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session to cancel or change your appointment time.

Failure to give 24 hour notice may result in a $65 cancellation fee

 

COUPONS and SPECIAL OFFERS

Only 1 coupon or special offer can be applied to any purchase of any product. 

This means that if you choose to buy something that is on special, any other coupons or special offers cannot also be applied to the same purchase.

Coupons and special offers cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made prior to the announcement of the special offer or prior to the purchaser receiving the coupon.

Coupons can only be used once.

 

REFUNDS

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Refunds are not available for private sessions of any kind once the session has been held.

If you purchase an individual session and do not use it within 2 months of your purchase, no refunds will be given.  You may, of course, schedule the session.

If you purchase a group of sessions which are sold at a special reduced rate, and then you only use some of them, the remainder of the sessions that went unused will not be refunded.  This applies to all my services.

If, during the first 15 minutes of an Animal Communication session, you feel I have not reached your animal companion, say so immediately.  At that point, I will stop the session.  You can then request a refund, or decide to try again at a later time.  This is especially important when the animal is in spirit.

LIVE COURSES AND TELESERIES

Refunds for live courses and teleseries are not available within 10 days of when the course begins and thereafter.

Some live courses and teleclasses have non-refundable deposits, so read the information about each course closely to know whether or not a non-refundable deposit applies to an individual program.

If a course is cancelled, full refunds will be given.

ON-DEMAND COURSES

No refunds will be given for on-demand courses, as all the materials are downloaded by you.  Once you have paid and downloaded the course, it cannot be returned.

VALUE BASED FEES in ANIMAL COMMUNICATION

Why Nedda does not charge based on the length of the session.

Nedda’s fees are based on the value of the service you are receiving, not on the amount of time we spend together during your session.

Instead of rushing to beat the clock, our focus is on achieving the best possible outcome for you and your animal family members

The purpose of each session is to meet the goals you set for that session.  Sometimes that takes a full session time (55 minutes).  Sometimes your goals may be met in a short time.

When you invest in an Animal Communication session with Nedda, you’re assured of a focused, supportive, and compassionate session during which she will bring to you and your animals the highest quality of service she can provide.

WORKING FROM A DISTANCE with YOU and YOUR ANIMALS

Why Nedda no longer travels for Animal Communication and Healing Sessions for Animals.

To more effectively serve more clients and their animals, Nedda no longer travels to your home or barn for animal communication or healing sessions. 

Working with clients all over the world has demonstrated that distance is irrelevant to the effectiveness of these services.  Working from home assures Nedda of a quiet environment which allows her to pick up on the most subtle messages your animal may be sending.

Distance healing sessions are very effective and distance does not limit what may be accomplished in a healing session to assist you and your animal companions.
