These days, we’re all experiencing fear and anxiety.  It’s part of the spiritual “house cleaning” that’s going on.  We’re being shown what needs to be released, cleared, transformed, and healed.

Here are 7 powerful steps you can take to help yourself regain your personal power over the emotions of fear and anxiety.

1- RECOGNIZE that fear and anxiety are programmed emotional responses designed to keep you small, limited, vulnerable, and in 3rd dimensional consciousness.  They are distorted patterns of your Ego aspect.  They are not part of the “real” you.

“The real me is not afraid or anxious.  Only my ego aspect is feeling these emotions “

2- REMEMBER that you are an eternal, Divine being created by Infinite LoveLight Intelligence who has chosen to spend time in density, i.e., in the 3rd Dimensional reality.  You can choose to have a different experience, and the energies supporting you in doing so are here in this NOW moment.

“I am not my thoughts and emotions.  I am an Eternal Being of Love and Light.”

3- REFOCUS your attention on things that are Light, Uplifting, and Fun.  Chant or sing a song that makes you feel happy.  Go for a walk or dance to some music that you love.  Physical movement helps release tension from your body.  There are homeopathic remedies and flower essences that also assist in releasing these emotions.

4- IDENTIFY the source of the pattern causing you to give away your power.  What did you decide during that source event/experience that has become a habit of disempowerment?

“That event is over now.  Why am I still holding onto it?  I release it now completely from all levels of my being.”

5- MAKE A NEW DECISION.

“I AM INFINITE CONSCIOUSNESS.  I take back my power from this event/situation fully and completely.  I choose to stand in my power permanently for all eternity.”

6- REQUEST Help – Call in your I AM PRESENCE, your Higher Self, and your personal guides and family in the higher realms.  KNOW that you are fully supported. sustained, and protected when you STAND IN YOUR OWN POWER.  When you ask for help, you will always receive it, but you have to remember to ask.

7- SPEAK YOUR TRUTH ALOUD.  Connect your Power Center (3rd chakra) to your Heart Center (4th chakra) to your Voice Center (5th chakra).  Open each of these chakras so that they overlap each other.  Bring your power from your 3rd chakra to your heart chakra, combining Personal Power with Love and Compassion.  Then bring the energy up to your throat center and SPEAK ALOUD YOUR NEW TRUTH.

“I am Infinite Consciousness having this experiencing in this NOW moment. 

“I no longer give away my power to others or to situations. 

“I CHOOSE how I feel, and I feel COURAGEOUS, strong, energized. 

“I recognize that I am a Divine Being of Infinite LoveLight Intelligence.

“I release all fear and anxiety now and replace it with Love.”
