ORGANIC SPIRITUAL ASCENSION is the spiritual re-awakening and re-membering to the Truth that we are each and all perfect expressions (fractals) of Source.

It is “organic” because it is a totally natural process which has nothing to do with technology of any kind.

It is “spiritual” because it a shift in Consciousness.

HUmanity, as a group and individually, is becoming  Krysted.  We are learning to live from our Hearts based on Love Without Conditions.

The organic Ascension process shifts us out of 3rd Dimensional Consciousness, a range of frequencies (octave) based on the enegies of fear, duality, conflict, competition, win/lose, and scarcity.

The organic Ascension Process shifts us into 5th Dimensional Consciousness, a range of frequencies (an octave) based on Divine Love and Light, Unity, Peace, Cooperation, WIN/WIN, and Abundance.

Your Heart is the way home to the Higher Realms.  It contains a stargate which opens directly to Source, which gives you direct access to Divine Love, Divine Grace, Divine Wisdom and other Divine qualities.

The Heart Math Institute has scientifically established that the HUman heart has the largest electromagnetic field of any organ in your body.  This means your heart has the greatest influence on all your experiences compared to other organs, including your brain.

Your heart also has a “Heart Brain”, a neural nexus located directly behind it.  Your Heart Brain is more powerful than the brain between your ears.

During 2025, the Ascension energies began rewiring your brain and nervous system, making your Heart Brain dominant while creating new pathways.

If you’ve been experiencing increased “brain fog”, mental confusion, forgetfulness, and other similar symptoms, it may be that the rewiring of your nervous system is the cause.

You can assist your Ascension process by clearing your heart of denser emotional states and frequencies, and consciously connecting with your I AM Presence through your Heart.

Your I AM Presence …

• is the source of Divine wisdom and insight that provides loving guidance for all aspects of your life.
• communicates with you through your heart.
• seeks to fully integrate with your Consciousness so you are able to live as a Heart Centered 5th Dimensional being.

Your I AM Presence is a higher aspect of you.  You can think of it as your True Self.

Your I AM Presence connects you directly to Source and includes all levels of Consciousness between the aspect of you incarnated in your current physical form and Source.

Your I AM Presence …

• is the source of Divine wisdom and insight that provides loving guidance for all aspects of your life.
• communicates with you through your heart.
• seeks to fully integrate with your Consciousness so you are able to live as a Heart Centered being.

Heart coherence is necessary to fully ascend.

Coherence means consistency, harmony, and integration.  If your heart feels conflicted about anything that has happened or is happening or might happen, that discordant energy indicates a vibrational rate lower than Heart Coherence, lower than 5th Dimensional Consciousness.

Consider music.  When music is coherent, it sounds  harmonious, beautiful.  When music lacks coherence, it sounds discordant, rough, choppy, harsh, irritating.

To develop Heart Coherence requires developing personal integrity and honesty within yourself.

Heart Coherence also requires clearing your heart of all lower vibrational frequencies such as anger, jealousy, revenge, vengeance, hatred, negative self-talk, and other dense emotional frequencies.

To make Heart-based decisions, i.e., decisions filled with Divine Love and based on WIN/WIN choices, and a sense of Unity, requires Heart Coherence.

When your heart is “coherent,” you experience peace, calm, Love, kindness, gentleness, grace, generosity, forgiveness, harmony and joy on a regular basis

Your Heart feels.

Your Heart has direct access to Divine Wisdom through your I Am Presence.

Your head thinks. 

Your brain’s role is store information and to be logical, analytical, mathematical, and sequential.  While your brain is capable of intuition, is lacks access to wisdom, higher guidance, and true creativity.

How do you know whether you’re in your head or in your heart?

LISTEN to what you are saying (aloud or in self-talk)!

• When you say, “I think …” you’re in your head.
• When you say, “I feel …” you’re in your heart.

Your head makes decisions based on logic.

Your Heart makes decisions based on Love and Wisdom, and what RESONATES as (feels) TRUE for YOU.

Working together, your Heart Brain and your head brain create better solutions than just your head brain alone.

Wouldn’t you rather make wise decisions rather than decisions based on “just the facts, please?”

Information and logic have a role to play in decisions you need to make, but your best decisions will be made when you choose what “feels right” for you.

It may take time to develop trust of the Wisdom amd Guidamce of your I AM Presence guidance.

Ask yourself,

“What has worked best in my life so far?

Decisions I made based purely on logic? 

Or decisions I made based on my intuition and inner wisdom?”

You cannot fully love others “without conditions” until you love yourself unconditionally.

Remember:  you are completely perfect in this NOW moment.

This moment is also perfect.

No matter what’s happening in your life, if you accept that you created these experiences to help you move more fully into your 5^th dimensional Self, you’ll begin to discover the perfection of them.

So love yourself right now, just as you are.

It doesn’t matter that you have issues to resolve or difficulties, or things about yourself you don’t like very much. 

These are the challenges your Soul chose for this lifetime for you to overcome.  And your Soul gave you all the qualities you need to succeed in overcoming these challenges.

As you notice things you want to change, love yourself anyway!

When start to fully love yourself it will be easier to move through challenges, and to heal and transform all parts of yourself.

The 3rd Dimensional experience was designed to create limitation in our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and actions.  FEAR was used to motivate us to stay inside the rules/boundaries of the 3-D game.

All judgments are based on limiting beliefs.  

You’ve been conditioned to analyze and evaluate and judge everything and everyone. To stop this cycle of judgment and recrimination requires taking action.

• First start noticing every judgmental thought and statement.
• Develop DISCERNMENT, i.e., the ability to determine whether the energy of something  resonates with your heart, with Love, with Truth.
• Then re-frame/rewrite the statement into one that’s non-judgmental, Loving, Kind, Gentle.  

With practice your skill at creating non-judgment will expand until you become Divinely Neutral about what is going on around you. 

This will assist your Heart to become more Coherent.

Time feels accelerated because the energetic frequencies are moving faster and faster.

While Ascension is a spiritual shift, it’s also an energetic shift at physical, emotional, and mental levels.

Energies move like waves. 

Consider waves in the ocean.  Some waves go higher than others and for the same physical distance they go up and down more often.  They have higher frequencies.  They move faster, too.

In music, the higher sounding notes are higher frequencies.

One way we’re experiencing the changes in frequencies is as changes in time.  Even though the clocks still show 24 hours in a day, 12 months in a year, time feels faster because of the change in frequencies of all the energies on earth.

What we’re experiencing as chaos is the collapsing of the old while the new is being created.

The slower, denser 3rd Dimensional octave energies are no longer being supported by energies coming to our solar system from Source.  Third Dimensional reality is unsupported and is collapsing.

There are some people on Earth who are resisting  the Ascension and are still trying to hold onto the 3rd Dimensional way of living.  They have Free Will and the right to make this choice.

At the same time, 5th Dimensional energies have been arriving since 1987.  They are arriving faster and faster, more and more intensely daily and hourly.  These energies, harmonics, and radiant Light support the creation of the new level of Consciousness and the new ways of living on Earth.

Those HUmans choosing Ascension have the ability to create new ways of living with the new, 5th Dimensional frequencies  This is happening simultaneously with the collapse of the old.

If you are choosing Ascension, the best way to assist yourself is to stop listening to the radio, watching TV, and other dense energy media on the internet.

Choose to experience higher energies all the time to sustain your Ascension process.  Whatever you take in with your eyes and ears shifts your frequency.
