11 a.m. to noon, or so, Eastern Time
This program will be recorded
With so much changing in our lives at so rapid a
pace, it's not surprising that many people are grieving.
Each loss, regardless of what the loss may be, evokes
the grieving process in each person or animal experiencing the loss.
Many different emotions are part of the grieving
process, which can cycle around and around, making you wonder when
you'll ever feel like yourself again.
Since each person/animal grieves differently, telling
someone to "just get over it," or having expectations that others
grieve the same way you do, or even trying to set a time limit on
how long you or someone else will grieve can make the grieving
process feel worse.
Grief can feel overwhelming, and it's never too late
to get help.
The purpose of this program is to help you and 1 of
your animal companions.
In this program you will:

LEARN some tips on how to help yourself
